Yoga Styles

Vinyasa

This is a great place to add a tagline.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of Hatha.

Vinyasa means movement in Sanskrit, so the sequences are fast. Each breath guides a movement which allows you to gain a better breath in time.

This sporty class will challenge you and you will feel even better than after a good sport session.

Typically the class for those who think "yoga is not for me, I am too dynamic or not zen enough". Come and try it.

Hatha

This is a great place to add a tagline.

Hatha Yoga is the basis for all movements and styles of yoga.

The postures are held for longer periods of time to develop balance, flexibility and deep muscle tone.

Hatha helps to improve the breath as the breath helps to hold the postures.

Class focus on alignment.

Pre-post natal

This is a great place to add a tagline.

Prenatal Yoga :

For pregnant women from 3 months of pregnancy.

Prenatal Yoga allows pregnant women to live their pregnancy well and to prepare for the arrival of their baby, to keep physically active and to breathe.

Create space for yourself and your baby; help you to slow down and relax; relieve the minor aches and pains of pregnancy; gain confidence in yourself and your ability to become a mother.

Post-natal yoga: after perineal and abdominal rehabilitation

Helps the new mother to recover her strength and reconnect with her body. It gently remuscles the perineum, lifts the organs and relieves the often painful back (to be practiced with medical approval).
